No it is not wrong to say that we are able to get them because of plant.
Because the animals from which we get silk (silkworm) and the animals from which we get wool (sheep, angora rabbit etc.) depends on plant for their survival.

No it's not worng to admit that we are able to get them because of plant only as we know that silk worm feeds on mulberry leaves for their survival and sheep feeds on grass for their survival
