Simhasana should not be practiced in case of knee pain.

• The simhasana is one of the most beneficial yoga poses which helps to cure several body problems.

• The simhasana does include the active participation of our knees.

• If anyone is having knee pain or knee injury,then he/she should avoid the simhasana. Or,he/she can also use chair to carefully perform the simhasana without creating pressure on the knees.
