Similarities and Differences between Greek number system and Hindu-Arabic number system.

  • The 10 numerical digits we are accustomed to in modern numbers are Arabic, Hindu, or Hindu-Arabic numerals. When reading a series of digits like 13 or 768, the complete number is assumed. When a smaller number appears in front of a larger one in Roman numerals, the greater number is reduced by the smaller one.
  • The most widely used system in use today for the symbolic representation of numbers worldwide is the Hindu-Arabic or Indo-Arabic numeral system, often known as the Hindu numeral system or Arabic numeral system.
  • Both depict eras of massive conquest and devastating civil strife. The increase of area, language, and resources between the two was comparable. They had quite diverse perspectives on leaders, religion, and governance at the same time (Compare and Contrast the Roman Republic with the Roman Empire).
