Kangaroos and elephants are vegetarians (herbivores). They are social animals and live in groups. They usually live in merry and happiness. They are both mammals. They do not pose threats to people usually.
Kangaroo is found in very areas in the world. They are not found around the equator. Elephants are found in many regions including around equator. Kangaroos are very quick animals. They can run fast and can jump high too. They are lighter than elephants. Elephants cannot run so fast and they cannot jump at all.
Kangaroos have a big pouch in their front below stomach. They carry their infants and babies inside that. Elephants have no such pouch. Elephants eat a lot. Kangaroos do not eat so much.
Kangaroos give birth to very tiny infant kangaroos. Since those infants cannot take care of themselves, mother keeps them in the pouch. The kangaroos have very strong hind legs. They can stand on their legs. They have a long thick and strong tail. The elephants cannot stand on their legs for long. Elephant's tail is very thin and short.
Kangaroo does not have a trunk. Elephant has one. Kangaroos are shy animals. Kangaroos are not pets. Elephants could be tamed and trained to do work for humans. Perhaps kangaroos are not trained to work for people.
