The peasants rebellions took place in medical India beacause they were asked to pay a huge amount as tax which they were not able to give and as a result they started revolting against the king and rulers

In medieval india there were the kings. The kings could not communicate with the commoners directly. Therefore they appointed men in each village in each district who will represent the peasants. They would let the king know of the difficulties of the peasants, they would collect taxes from the peasants and submit it to the kings. These were yheir duties. But the men appointed were cruel
. They would collect more money from the peasants, keep a lumpsome amount for themselves and submit the stipulated amount to the king, theywould also torture the peasants. Even the king would torture the peasants. Thus the peasants would revolt against the king
