Choice B is the right answer because
1/4 = 25/100
and 0.32/1 = 32/100
since,
32/100 > 25/100
thus,
10.32 > 1/4
thus be is the right answer.

hope this helps you and if yes please mark as brainliest.......

B

As probability when she leaves in a raft is 0.32 whereas probability when she waves her hand is 1/4=0.25

As 0.32>0.25, chances of saving her will be more when she leaves in raft
