\begin{gathered} - \frac{ 1}{6} + ( - \frac{2}{3}) - \frac{1}{3} \\ = - \frac{1}{6} - \frac{2}{3} - \frac{1}{3} \\ = \frac{ - 1 - 4 - 2}{6} \\ = \frac{ - 7}{6} \end{gathered}

I am not sure this is right or not

Answer:

√(-1/6)^-2/3

= [(-1/6)^-2/3]^1/2
