  •  \frac{1 -  \sqrt{7} }{1 +  \sqrt{7} }

RATIONALISING the DENOMINATOR;

 \frac{1 -  \sqrt{7} }{1 +  \sqrt{7} }  \times   \frac{ {1 -  \sqrt{7} } }{ {1 -  \sqrt{7} } }

⇒ \frac{ ({1 -  \sqrt{7} })^{2} }{(1 +  \sqrt{7})(1 -  \sqrt{7} ) }

⇒ \frac{ {(1 -  \sqrt{7} )}^{2} }{ {(1)}^{2} -  ({ \sqrt{7}) }^{2}  }

⇒ \frac{1 + 7 - 2 \sqrt{7} }{1 - 7}

⇒ \frac{8 - 2 \sqrt{7} }{ - 6}

⇒ \frac{2(4 -  \sqrt{7} )}{ - 6}

⇒ \frac{4 -  \sqrt{7} }{ - 3}

⇒ \color{orange}{{\boxed{\frac{ \sqrt{7}  - 4}{3} }}}

HOPE THAT HELPS!!
