2 · \sqrt[4]{18}  - 8 · \sqrt[3]{218} + 15 · \sqrt[5]{32} - \sqrt[4]{16}

= 6 + 30 - 2 - 8 · \sqrt[3]{218}

= 34 - 8 ·\sqrt[3]{218}
