\textbf {\huge{ANSWER:}}

Identity used;

 {(x -y)}^{2}  =  {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2}  - 2xy
Also,
 {(x + y)}^{2}  =  {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2}  + 2xy

Pikaachu: ( x² - y² ) = ( x + y )( x - y ) would be a convenient identity to use here
Anonymous: Um...no, the values are different because of the signs

Heya Mate

The method above +_+ might just help or ->

(•) ( a² - b² ) = ( a + b )( a - b )

So,

(2x + p - c) {}^{2} - (2x - p + c) {}^{2}

 = ((2x + p - c) + (2x - p + c))((2x + p - c) - (2x - p + c)

 = (4x)(2p - 2c)

 = 8x(p - c)
