Here a= 3 , b= 4 and x= √2

(3 + √2)(4 − √2)​

(√2)^2+ √2(3-4) - (3*4)

= 2 + (-√2) - 12

= -10 - √2

multiplying the whole equation with -1, we get ,

=10+√2

if we don't have the value of √2 then this is the simplest form.
