(3+√3)(2+√2)2
= (3(2+
√2)+√3(2+√2)) 2
= (6 + 3√2 + 2√3 + √6) 2
= 12 + 6√2 + 4√3 +2√6

according to your answer the question will be (3+√3)(2+√2)^2
(3+√3)(2+√2)^2
= (3+√3)(2+√2)(2+√2)
= (3+√3)(4+2+4√2)
= 12+6+12√2+4√3+2√3+4√6
= 18+12√2+6√3+4√6

[(3 + √3) (2 + √2)]2

= (9 + 6√3 + 3)(4 + 2 + 4√2)
= (12 + 6√3)(6 + 4√2)
= 72 + 48√2 + 36√3 + 24√2
= 72 + 72√2 + 36√3
