Answer:

((3/4)^2 * (3/4)^-2)/2^2

because in first step the numerator(3\4) has different powers but it's a comman base.

therefore ((3/4)^(2+(-2))/2^-2

we know plus minus is minus

so(3/4)^0/2^-2

if any base has power 0 it changes into 1

1/2^-2

the denominator has negative power

therefore 2^2/1

=4/1

=4
