Let's simplify.

(3-x)(3+x)(9+x^2)

((3-x)(3+x))(9+x^2)

((3-x)(3+x))(9)+((3-x)(3+x))(x^2)

-9x^2+81-x^4+9x^2

-x^4+81

∴ When we simplify (3-x)(3+x)(9+x^2) we get -x^4+81.
