 {( \frac{3x}{1} -  \frac{1}{3x} ) }^{2}  - (3x +  \frac{1}{3x} )(3x -  \frac{1}{3x} )

 = 9 {x}^{2}  - 6x \times  \frac{1}{3x}  +  \frac{1}{9 {x}^{2} }  - (3x +  \frac{1}{3x} )(3x -  \frac{1}{3x} )

 = 9 {x}^{2}  - 2 +  \frac{1}{9 {x}^{2} }  - (3x  + \frac{1}{3x} )(3x -  \frac{1}{3x} )

 = 9 {x}^{2}  - 2 +  \frac{1}{9 {x}^{2} }  - (  {3x}^{2} ) - {( \frac{1}{3x} )}^{2}

 = 9 {x}^{2}  - 2 +  \frac{1}{9 {x}^{2} }  - 9 {x}^{2}  -  \frac{1}{9 { x}^{2} }

 =  - 2
