Step-by-step explanation:

(a-b)^2=a^2+b^2-2ab

(a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab

(3x-2)² + (3x+2)²

9x^2+4-12x+9x^2+4+12x

18x^2+16

\huge\underline\mathbb{Solution}

 = {(3x - 2) }^{2}  +  {(3x + 2)}^{2}

 =  {(3x)}^{2}   +  {2}^{2}  - (2 \times 3x \times 2) +  {(3x )}^{2}  +  {2}^{2}  +( 2 \times 3x \times 2)

 =  {9x}^{2}  + 4 -  12x +  {9x}^{2}  + 4 + 12x

  =  {18x}^{2}  + 8

 =  {9x}^{2}  + 4
