(3x - 2) { }^{2}  - (3x - 2) {}^{2}

(a - b) {}^{2}  - (a - b) {}^{2}  = 4ab

4 \times 3x \times 2 = 24x

The Answer is as follows;-

There are two way to solve it

1. Direct Method

 {(3x - 2)}^{2}  -  {(3x - 2)}^{2}

 =  > 0

2. By Identity

 {(3x - 2)}^{2}  -  {(3x - 2)}^{2}  \\ use \:  {x}^{2}  -  {y}^{2}  = (x  + y)(x - y) \\ (3x - 2 + 3x - 2)(3x - 2  - 3x + 2) \\ (6x - 4)(0) \\ 0
