using= A square - B square = (a square +b square)
(3x)square + (2y)square - 2×3×2
= 9x square + 4y square-12 is your answer and plzz mark me as brainlist

( 3x + 2y )² - ( 3x + 2x )²

=> 9x² +4y² - 9x²+ 4y²

=> 9x²-9x² + 4y²+4y²
=> 0

I think it is right.
