You can write root 147 as \sqrt{3 X 7 X 7} , root 192 as \sqrt{8 X 8 X 3}  and Root 75 as \sqrt{3 X 5 X 5}

So,

\frac{4}{7} X 7 \sqrt{3}  + \frac{3}{8} X 8 X \sqrt{3} - \frac{1}{5} X 5 X \sqrt{3} \\\\4\sqrt{3} + 3\sqrt{3} -\sqrt{3} \\\\6\sqrt{3}

Hope it helps, Please mark it brainliest. Thanks
