 {( \frac{64}{25}) }^{ \frac{ - 3}{2} } = {( \frac{8}{5}) }^{2 \times \frac{ - 3}{2} } \\ {( \frac{8}{5} )}^{ - 3} <br />= { (\frac{5}{8} )}^{3}<br />= \frac{125}{512}

Here formulas used are (a^m)^n

and,

a^-1 = 1/a
