  = \frac{(7 \sqrt{3} ) \times (10 +  \sqrt{3} )}{(10 -  \sqrt{3})(10+  \sqrt{3} ) }  \\  =  \frac{70 \sqrt{3} + 21 }{100 - 3}  \\  =  \frac{21 + 70 \sqrt{3} }{97}
