(1-i)^2(1+i)'(3-41)^2

= (1-1-2i)(1+i)-(38×38)

=(-2i)(1+i)-1444

=-2i+(-2i)^2-1444

=-2i-2(-1)-1444

=-2i+2-1444

=-2i-1442

=1442+2i

  • 1442+2i is in the form of a+ib
  • compare both sides, then we get
  • a=1442 & b=2
