m² + 2m - ( 5m + 4 )
= ( -1 )² + 2( - 1 ) - [ 5( - 1 ) + 4 ]
= 1 - 2 - [ -5 + 4 ]
= - 1 - ( - 1 )
= - 1 + 1
= 0
