 \sqrt[3]{32}  =  \sqrt[3]{2 {}^{3} \times  {2}^{2}  }  = 2 \sqrt[3]{4}

 \sqrt[3]{500}  =  \sqrt[3]{5 {}^{3}  \times 2 {}^{2} }  = 5 \sqrt[3]{4}

ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ ғᴏʀᴇ:

2 \sqrt[3]{4}  + 7 \sqrt[3]{32}  -  \sqrt[3]{500}  = 2 \sqrt[3]{4}  + 7 \times 2 \sqrt[3]{4}  - 5 \sqrt[3]{4}

 = 2 \sqrt[3]{4}  + 14 \sqrt[3]{4}  - 5 \sqrt[3]{4}

 = (2 + 14 - 5) \sqrt[3]{4}

11 \sqrt[3]{4}
