Here iS u r Ans =>


  = \frac{m {}^{2} + 3m }{2m {}^{2}  + 5m - 3}

 =  \frac{m \times (m + 3)}{2m  + 6m - m - 3}

 =  \frac{m \times (m + 3)}{2m \times (m + 3) - (m + 3)}


 = \frac{m \times (m + 3)}{(m + 3) \times (2m - 1)}

 = reduced \:  \: (m + 3) \:  \: to \:  \: (m + 3)


 =  \frac{m}{2m - 1}
