Hi ,

***********************************
We know that ,

i ) secA = 1/cosA

ii ) sinA/cosA = tanA

iii ) sec²A - tan²A = 1

************************************

secA( 1 - sinA )( secA + tanA )

= ( secA - secAsinA )( secA + tanA )

= ( secA - sinA/cosA )( secA + tanA )

= ( secA - tanA )( secA + tanA )

= ( sec²A - tan²A )

= 1

I hope this helps you.
