 \sqrt{28}  + 8 \sqrt{63}   - 3 \sqrt{7}  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{4  \times 7}  + 8 \sqrt{9 \times 7}  - 3 \sqrt{7}  \\  \\  = 2 \sqrt{7}  + 8(3) \sqrt{7}  - 3 \sqrt{7}  \\  \\  = 2 \sqrt{7}  + 24 \sqrt{7}  - 3 \sqrt{7}  \\  \\  = 26 \sqrt{7}  - 3 \sqrt{7}  \\  \\  = 23 \sqrt{7}
