simplify
 \frac{4}{7}  \times  \frac{14}{3}  \div  \frac{2}{3}

4/7×14/3÷2/3
reducing by 7
=4/1×2/3÷2/3
=8/3÷2/3(taking reciprocal)
=8/3×3/2
=8/2
=4
