 = ( \frac{2}{3} x + 4)( \frac{3}{2}x + 6) - ( \frac{1}{7}  x - 1)( \frac{1}{7} x + 1)

 = using \:  >  \: (a - b)(a + b) = a {}^{2}  - b {}^{2}

 = x {}^{2}  + 4x + 6x + 24 - ( \frac{1}{49} x {}^{2}  - 1)

 = x {}^{2}  + 4x + 6x + 24 -  \frac{1}{49} x {}^{2}  + 1

 =  \frac{48}{49} x {}^{2}  + 4x + 6x + 24 + 1

 =  \frac{48}{49} x {}^{2}  + 10x + 25
