First let us simplify the given expression:-

2( {a}^{2} + ab) + 3 - ab

2 {a}^{2} + 2ab + 3 - ab

Now to find the value of this simplified equation, we will put the values of a nd b in it.

2(25) + 2(5)( - 3) + 3 - ( - 15)

50 - 30 + 3 + 15 = 38

So, the value of this expression is 38.
