Solution :-

Some basics before solving :-

 \star x^n = (x)(x)(x) ....[n\: times]

 \star x^0 = 1

 \star x^m \times x^n = x^{(m + n)}

 \star x^m \div x^n = x^{(m - n)}

 \star x^{\frac{1}{a}} = \sqrt[a]{x}

 \star x^{-m} = \dfrac{1}{x^m}

Now solving :-

 \left(\dfrac{1}{9}\right)^{-2} - 3 \times 27^{\frac{2}{3}}  \times 9^0  + \left(\dfrac{9}{81}\right)^{\frac{-1}{2}}

=  \left(9\right)^{2} - 3 \times (3^3)^{\frac{2}{3}}  \times 9^0  + \left(\dfrac{81}{9}\right)^{\frac{1}{2}}

 =  \left(9\right)^{2} - 3 \times (3)^{\frac{6}{3}}  \times 9^0  +\left(\frac{9}{1}\right)^{\frac{1}{2}}

 =  \left(9\right)^{2} - 3 \times (3)^{2}  \times 9^0  + \left(9\right)^{\frac{1}{2}}

 = 81 - 3\times 9 \times 1 + 3

 = 84 - 27

 = 57
