12 \sqrt{3}  + 5 \sqrt{3}  - 7 \sqrt{3}  \\  take \:  \sqrt{3} \:  common \\  \sqrt{3} (12 + 5 - 7) \\  =  \sqrt{3} (10) \\  = 10 \sqrt{3}
