(3\sqrt{2} + 2\sqrt{3} )^ 2 (3\sqrt{2} - 2\sqrt{3} )^ 2

= (3\sqrt{2} + 2\sqrt{3} ) (3\sqrt{2} - 2\sqrt{3} )(3\sqrt{2} + 2\sqrt{3} ) (3\sqrt{2} - 2\sqrt{3} )

 = [(3\sqrt{2})^2 - (2\sqrt{3})^2 ] [ (3\sqrt{2})^2 - (2\sqrt{3})^2 ]

 = [18 - 12] [8 - 12]

= (6)(6)

=36
