 \frac{13}{4}  = y -  \frac{4}{3}

y =  \frac{13}{4}  +  \frac{4}{3}

y =  \frac{(13 \times 3 + 4 \times 4)}{12}

y =  \frac{(39 + 16)}{12}

y =  \frac{55}{12}
