 = x(1 + y) - 2y(x - 2) + xy \\ = x + xy - 2xy + 4y + xy \\ = x + 2xy - 2xy + 4y \\ = x + 4y

=x+xy-2xy-4y+xy
=x-4y+xy+xy-2xy-4y
=x-4y+2xy-2xy
=x-4y
