x-\frac{7}{2} * 2x - \frac{1}{2}
= x-7x-\frac{1}{2}                            [∵ -\frac{7}{2}*2x = -7x]
= -6x-\frac{1}{2}                              [∵ x-7x = 1x-7x = (1-7)x = -6x]
