Hi ,

*******************************

By Exponential Laws:

1) a^m/a^n = a^m-n

2 ) a^m × a^n = a^m+n

3 ) x^0 = 1

************************************

Here,

[ x^a-b/x^c-b ] × x^c-a

= x^(a-b)-(c-b) × x^c-a

= x^(a-b-c+b) × x^c-a

= x^a-c × x^c-a

= x^a-c+c-a

= x^0

= 1

I hope this helps you.
