 \frac{ { ({x}^{2}) }^{2} +  { ({y}^{2}) }^{2} - 2 {x}^{2} {y}^{2} -  {x}^{2} {y}^{2} }{ {x}^{2} + xy -  {y}^{2}  }

  = \frac{ ({x}^{2} -  {y}^{2})^{2}  -  {(xy)}^{2} }{ {x}^{2} + xy -  {y}^{2}  }

  = \frac{( {x}^{2} -  {y}^{2} + xy)( {x}^{2} -  {y}^{2} - xy) }{( {x}^{2} -  {y}^{2}  + xy)}

 =  {x}^{2} -  {y}^{2} - xy
