To prove:
sin⁴x + sin²xcos²x=sin²x
LHS:
sin⁴x + sin²xcos²x
=sin²x(sin²x+cos²x)
We know that,
sin²∅+cos²∅=1
=sin²x(1)
=sin²x
=RHS
