so,p=21 and h=35

using Pythagoras theorom

(h)^2=(p)^2+(b)^2

(35)^2=(21)^2+(b)^2

1225=441+b^2

b^2=1225-441

b^2=784

b=√784

b=28

now,cot theta= h/b=35/28
