Given sin theta = a/b =perpendicular/height

Then cos theta = ?

We know that ,

 {h}^{2}  =  {b}^{2}  +  {p}^{2}

B^2=√(b)^2-(a)^2

Cos theta= B/H= √(b)^2-(a)^2/b^2
