sin²x*sec²x = sin²x/cos²x = tan²x

Putting the value in given equation
= tan²x - sec²x
= -(sec²x - tan²x)
= -1 (by formula sec²x - tan²x = 1)

sin²A sec²A– sec²A
→sin²A.1/cos²A – sec²A
→sin²A/cos²A – sec²A
→tan²A – sec²A = -1
I used A instead of theta.
