Hi Friend !!!!

Here is ur answer !!!!

sinA = a/b

Opp = a

hyp = b

adj = √b² - a²

Cos A = √b²-a² / b

hey, here is your answer...


given, sinA = a/b..


cosA = ?.,


we know that, sinA = opp.side/hyp.

and cosA = adj.side/hyp.


opp.side = a ,. hyp. = b..


let, adj. side be 'x'....

then, a^2 + x^2 = b^2....

x^2 = b^2 - a^2...


x = √(b^2 - a^2) ...


therefore, cosA = [√(b^2 - a^2)]/b.....
