If tanA = 1; tanB = √3 therefore, A is equal to 45 degree and B is equal to 60 degree hence, tan 45 degree is equal to 1 and tan 60 degree is equal to √3 Solution 1 – cos A.cos B – sin A.sinB which is equal to, (cos 45 degree) (cos 60 degree) - (sin 45 degree) (sin 60 degree) which is, 1/2 x 1/√2 - 1/√2 x √3/2 = 1-√3/2√2
