since diaplacement and ditance are not same how can dispalcement=speed×time(it is a statement it is true dont rry to prove it false

is only applicable when the body exhibits linear motion i.e. it moves in a single line path in a single direction.

Sometimes distance and displacement can be same if the the body covers the shortest path as distance.
Only in that case,
DISPLACEMENT =SPEED * TIME
Otherwise,
DISPLACEMENT =VELOCITY * TIME
