1) Ans: It feels accomplish while doing this activity. and this also helps me to stay calm in stressful situations. and It will build good study habits in me.

2) Ans: Yes, these targets are attainable in this school year. Because targets are chosen by me are to think positive to stay focused,  Make time to read,   Find time to relax, Strive for excellence,  Build a strong network,  Build good study habits.
