Texas is a state in the united state of America, as state, it contains its own legislature, judiciary and executive since its a democratic state. The governor is the head of 6the state and all state executive power is vested on him or her,all executive power and command lies solely on him or her, out of this the executive authority of Texas can be classified under  singular executive authority.
