Sir,
As per RTI Act, the PIO /AA has to be replied within 30 days.
But no norms fixed to Commission to decide the Second appeals.
Who has to take action to fix times for commission also.

according to RTI, if a person comes with a RTI SPIO/PIO has to reply within 30 days of time, if they fail to reply then there is a appellate authority of the respective department they can approach there and even if it is not resolved then they can go to Chief Secretary.
