Sita deposited rs. 5,000 at 10% simple interest for 2 years. How much more money will sita have in her account at the end of two years. If it is compounded semiannually.

Rate = 10%

Time = 2years

Principal = 5000

S.I = PRT/100

5000×10× 2/100 = 1000

CI = 5000[ ( 1+ (5/100)^4-1]

C.I = 1077.5

Differences = 1077.5 -1000 = 77.5
