Life may not have begun. If there's no friction, it will be harder (nearly impossible) for objects to gain electrostatic charge. Lightning, as we know it, wouldn't be possible. And it is suggested that lightning was one of the factors involved in Abiogenesis. So no life.We (and most of the things) would be in constant motion, unless we try really hard, like pushing something else.No need (and possibility) of vehicles. Without friction, moving fast is easy. And braking vehicles would be impossible.
